We got a tip there was a strange military installation in Indiana so we decided to check it out. Take US Route 50 West one mile past Butlerville IN and take a right at the caution light. You'll immediately pass between two signs that say "SOUTHEAST PURDUE AGRICULTURE CENTER." Keep going straight and you'll enter the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC.) We didn't run into any security though it looks like a gate will be constructed at the entrance. There is nothing overtly secretive about this place as a fair amount about it is divulged on it's official website. www.mutc.in.ng.mil There is nothing strange about military training for urban combat since that is a fact of war.
