Australian Spotted gum was widely used in the building of Australia,used 4 Building beams,Bridge structures,Warf piers,Boat Building,it's classed as an endangerd species & very hard to get no longer being milled i found some at the local timber yard the guy says it would be over 90+yrs old well thats what he says any ways
